"This has been the best stage in my professional career so far,partly because this has been my first job as CEO where I had theopportunity to take over a growing business, which then wentthrough a rebranding and was integrated into a differentorganisational culture," said Solomon. She will take over asVodafone's Director of Operations for 14 European countries, atVodafone's headquarters in London next month.
The new position did not involve office work, but travelling to all14 countries and working directly with the local management teamsto implement the group's strategy, Solomon explained.
