In the southern part of Splaiul Unirii (Unirii Road) ortowards the entry to the Constanţa motorway, a complex ofcream-coloured blocks of flats stands out: this is where one of thebiggest communities living in a new residential complex has formed,in the Confort City project that includes 1,680 flats.

The complex, developed by brothers Robert and Ionuţ Negoiţă,accommodates around 1,000 families, who have changed theirlifestyle in the last two years and a half since the flats weredelivered.
The project has more residents than other complexes visited by ZFthis year, with the main reason for this being the fact that pricesare 10-20% lower here, despite other complexes having a betterconnection to the public transport network.
Around 300 flats are still available in the complex, with a further280 to be put up for sale after works have been completed on thelast stage of the project.
How much does the cheapest home cost? A studio with a 35square-metre usable area costs 39,500 euros plus VAT, whiletwo-room flats start from 45,000 euros plus VAT.
