Confort City: 1,000 families in 1,680 flats
In the southern part of Splaiul Unirii (Unirii Road) or
towards the entry to the Constanţa motorway, a complex of
cream-coloured blocks of flats stands out: this is where one of the
biggest communities living in a new residential complex has formed,
in the Confort City project that includes 1,680 flats.
The complex, developed by brothers Robert and Ionuţ Negoiţă,
accommodates around 1,000 families, who have changed their
lifestyle in the last two years and a half since the flats were
delivered.
The project has more residents than other complexes visited by ZF
this year, with the main reason for this being the fact that prices
are 10-20% lower here, despite other complexes having a better
connection to the public transport network.
Around 300 flats are still available in the complex, with a further
280 to be put up for sale after works have been completed on the
last stage of the project.
How much does the cheapest home cost? A studio with a 35
square-metre usable area costs 39,500 euros plus VAT, while
two-room flats start from 45,000 euros plus VAT.
