The four aces that left real estate after managing 2bn euros' worth of malls and offices

Four of the savviest execs in Romanian real estate, ReuvenHavar, Michael Lloyd, Alexander Hergan and, last week, IbrahimPaksoy, this year gave up their positions at the helm of some ofthe strongest players on the domestic market after having managedassets worth over two billion euros over time.
The four had a cumulated experience of above 30 years on thedomestic real estate market and were involved in the development ormanagement of some key properties of Bucharest.
At present, the four hold no other management position in Romanianreal estate.
"(...) I'll go on holiday, and then I'll analyse my options. I'dprefer to stay in Romania," Ibrahim Paksoy told ZF.
Alexander Hergan is still part of Avrig 35 shareholder structure,but the CEO position was taken over by Haydn Wright.
Michael Lloyd left Romania, at least temporarily, after havingworked for eight years for Gabriel Popoviciu and a year and a halffor Dinu Patriciu.
The start of the year also brought the departure of Israeli-bornReuven Havar, the manager who coordinated the development ofRomania's most expensive mall.
