IPSO Agricultura, the unit of IPSO domestic car dealer, invested2m euros to set up a regional tractor and agricultural equipmentdealer in Dolj county. According to the company's representatives,the dealership, built on a 1.7-ha plot of land, includes, besidesthe equipment showroom, a car service department and a car partwarehouse. "IPSO Agricultura office is meant to cover Olt, Dolj,Gorj, Mehedinti and Valcea counties," added the company'srepresentatives. IPSO group's dealership is one of the fewinvestments operated in the field of agricultural equipmentdistribution. According to Roman Brasov chairman Ioan Niculaie, thetractor deficit nationwide stands at 300,000 tractors. IPSOAgricultura owns seven agricultural equipment distribution andrepair centres domestically.
