IPSO comes up with 2m euros to sell tractors in Oltenia

IPSO Agricultura, the unit of IPSO domestic car dealer, invested 2m euros to set up a regional tractor and agricultural equipment dealer in Dolj county. According to the company's representatives, the dealership, built on a 1.7-ha plot of land, includes, besides the equipment showroom, a car service department and a car part warehouse. "IPSO Agricultura office is meant to cover Olt, Dolj, Gorj, Mehedinti and Valcea counties," added the company's representatives. IPSO group's dealership is one of the few investments operated in the field of agricultural equipment distribution. According to Roman Brasov chairman Ioan Niculaie, the tractor deficit nationwide stands at 300,000 tractors. IPSO Agricultura owns seven agricultural equipment distribution and repair centres domestically.
