Robert Kowalski, general manager of pate producer Hame Romania will step down as manager of the local division of the Czech producer just three months after his appointment. "My departure from the position of general manager of Hame Romania is for personal reasons. Over the last few months, I have only been home once every two weeks, and my family is more important to me than my career," said Kowalski. He added that he would leave the company some time in September, and that he did not know who would take over Hame operations after his departure. Kowalski, 34, took over as general manager of Hame Romania at the beginning of July this year, after working as general manager of Soare Sekt, a Czech company that operates in the wine industry.
