Financial brokerage company Broker, based in Cluj-Napoca, intends to carry out a capital increase of up to 3.2 million RON (more than 0.8 million euros). The increase is set to be performed by both the capitalisation of profit, which amounted to 1.5 million RON (more than 0.4 million euros) and by the issuing of new shares. "There are 5 SIFs at the moment in the country and we plan to become the sixth. Actually, this brings us no difference and no advantage, but we are using this metaphor because some already see us as a SIF. The capitalisation and the traded volume will enable us to get closer to this position and the transformation will be performed by increasing capital, which now stands at 3.18 million RON, a figure we want to see doubled.
