Real estate development company Willbrook International has announced it will invest 165m euros in a 200-villa residential complex, which will vary in price between 500,000 and 1.5m euros per villa. Pricing for the villas in the complex, which will be developed in the Baneasa area in the North of the Capital, will vary depending on surface and finishing. "The future owners of the villas in Oxford Gardens will also have a 500 to 1,300 sqm plot of land at their disposal. Furthermore, residents can add a further personal touch to their villa by adding a pool or other luxury amenities," stated Daiana Voicu, managing director of Willbrook International. In addition to the villas, the developers will also build a 6,000 sqm private club within the same complex, as well as an amusement park for children, over a one-hectare area.
