Saint-Gobain Isover Romania, a company owned by the French construction materials giant Saint-Gobain, increased its share capital by 5 million euros, to 12.6 million euros (calculated at an average of 3.53 RON/EUR in the first five months), according to data published in the Official Gazette. This move comes after Saint-Gobain Glass Romania, a company involved in production of glass for the construction sector, has recently increased its share capital by 12 million euros by means of a cash contribution. According to the quoted source, Saint-Gobain Austria, the majority shareholder, increased the company's share capital in Romania by 5 million euros through a cash contribution, so that it now owns 99.78% in Saint-Gobain Isover Romania. The rest of the shares are held by Saint-Gobain Isover Poland.
