Rompetrol Group has increased its stake in Rompetrol Rafinare (Petromidia) by 2% to 81.12%, following its contribution to the capital increase in form of the assets of Rompetrol Downstream, the administrator of Rompetrol's filling station network. The increase came after not every minority shareholder chose to subscribe in the capital increase using their pre-emption rights. The Rompetrol Group controls 52.65% in Petromidia through The Rompetrol Group Netherlands, in addition to the 16.08% stake held by Rompetrol Financial Group Bucharest. Petromidia's share capital was recently increased by more than 3,635bn ROL (98 million euros) to 21,099bn ROL. From this amount, 86 million euros accounted for Rompetrol Downstream's value. ZF
