The Sheraton brand, under which the 5-star hotel is to be built, is one of the world's most luxurious brands, with Poland being so far the only country in Central and Eastern Europe that has Sheraton hotels. Sheraton representatives did not wish to comment on this information, but did say at the end of May that Sheraton planned to operate 2-3 hotels in Bucharest in the medium run, and was in advanced talks to sign a management contract with a hotel in Cluj. Another five-star hotel has been announced in Cluj as part of the Atrium Center. The hotel within Sigma Tower will be 6-storeys high and will have a capacity of around 200 rooms.
