Paralela 45 travel agency forecasts turnover worth 27 million euros for this year, 50% above the level reached in 2005, a trend mainly sustained by the charter segment and the segment of real estate investments, stated the chairman of the firm, Alin Burcea. "This year, we've progressed from two to six aircraft for charter flights, with the segment accounting for around 30% in total sales. At the same time, we will derive around 5-6 million euros from sales of apartments in Predeal and Neptun," Burcea also said. Paralela 45 owns three apartment buildings in Neptun and a hotel and a villa in Predeal, with two other projects underway in the two resorts. "This summer's foreign destinations are Crete, Rhodes, Costa Brava, Majorca, Corfu and Bulgarian resorts. We've registered growth for all these destinations," Burcea also said.
