Fujitsu Siemens Computers Romania, the local branch of one of the leading PC manufacturers worldwide, forecasts turnover worth 65 million euros in the 2007/2008 fiscal year ending March 31, up 30% against the April 2006 - March 2007 period. In the last fiscal year, the company posted business worth around 50 million euros. "Our growth will be three times above the growth of the PC market, which is estimated by research firm IDC to be worth around 9.7% in 2008. The growth will be aided by our policy, and by our marketing and development plans," said Dragos Nicolaescu, the company's general manager. In the first half of the 2007/2008 financial year, which ended in September, Fujitsu Siemens Romania reported turnover worth 24.7 million euros, up 86% on last year. The growth was primarily supported by the development of the storage, and server segments.
