Dambovita Center Holding, controlled by Israeli group Europe Israel paid Dambovita Limited 23.36 million dollars for a stake of 75% in the company that will develop the project on the site known as Casa Radio (Radio House). The project company, Dambovita Center, had three shareholders - Dambovita Limited, with a stake of 80%, Dambovita SA, 10% and Compania Nationala de Investitii (National Investment Company - CNI), 10%. Two of the shareholders, that is Dambovita Limited and Dambovita SA, have recently given up their stakes once the Elbit Medical Imaging based in Israel, part of the Europe Israel group, got into this business, which was announced last autumn. The main change is the sale of 75% held by Dambovita Limited to Dambovita Center Holding, registered in the Netherlands. The price of the deal, 23.36 million dollars, was approved by the Dambovita Center shareholders in February. Dambovita Limited also transferred shares totalling 5% in the project company, to a company from Turkey, Cenk Demir Sanayi ve Ticaret, for 610,000 dollars. In addition, Dambovita SA left the company that will be carrying out the real estate project in the central area of Bucharest, transferring its 10% to Dambovita Investments Limited based in Malta. As a result of the operations, Dambovita Center Holding now owns 75% in Dambovita Center. The other shareholders are CNI, 10%, Dambovita Investments Limited, 10% and Cenk Demir Sanayi ve Ticaret, 5%.
