Auto Cobalcescu, a taxicab operator and auto service company, as well as a dealer of the Dacia and Renault brands, has increased its share capital by 1.97 million euros. In the wake of the operation, the company''s share capital stands at 3.44 million euros. The capital increase was performed through a cash contribution by the company''s sole partner, Eugen Stanculescu. He also holds the position of chairman of Auto Cobalcescu. The capital increase will be made by issuing 7,352 shares, with each share standing at 268 euros. Seventy-five percent of Auto Cobalcescu''s revenues come from the auto service activity, as well as from the sale of cars under the Dacia and Renault brands. Starting October, the company will also sell the Nissan car brand, which has an alliance with the French carmaker Renault. Last year, Auto Cobalcescu sold some 2,000 Dacia vehicles and 2,500 Renault vehicles. The company is one of the leading players on the taxi service market in the Capital. ZF
