Turkish-based Ozer Construction, builder of the America House and the Bucuresti Mall shopping centre, will invest 35 million euros in developing two residential projects in Sinaia and the Aviatiei area of the Capital. Following this decision, the company also intends to enter the real estate development sector after previously only being involved in construction. "We started the construction of a residential complex in Sinaia, where we will invest 20 million euros. We have also recently acquired a 5,200 square-metre plot of land in the Aviatiei area, where we intend to build 80-100 flats, with an investment of 15 million euros," stated Ismail Ozer, chairman of the Ozer group. The residential project in Sinaia, titled Belleview, will comprise 344 flats, and will be located on a 7,000 square-metre plot of land, formerly belonging to Romcarbon. The complex will include one to three-room flats and duplexes, and will retail at prices ranging between 49,000 to 118,000 euros, excluding VAT.
