Avicola San Roberto announced the running of an investment that will exceed 1.2 million euros in the building of a poultry farm in Nadab Arad County. The building will be done by 2006 and will take up 5,000 sqm. "The plot of land used for the construction will include four facilities, as well as a building hosting offices, laboratory and locker rooms. The investment will be largely paid for with SAPARD funds," Roberto Criscuolo, general manager of Avicola San Roberto told ZF Transilvania. Early this year the company completed a similar construction in Horia, Arad County. "The investment amounted to 1.2 million euros, as well, only that it was fully paid for by the company. We began production at this farm several days ago. Both were built in line with European standards as we intend to stay in Romania even after its European Union accession," Roberto Criscuolo stated. The Arad-based company has concluded partnership with four Italian companies in this industry this year that intend to enter the Romanian market. "It is about River, which makes equipment for poultry farms, Sirp Silos, makers of fodder silos, Miglioranza Strutture D''Acciaio, specialising in construction of facilities and O.M.E.C Italy, makers of machines that select and stamp eggs. Our company has worked will all these companies and we decided to help them with promotion on the Romanian market," Roberto Criscuolo added. ZF
