Businessman Ovidiu Tender has in the past year sold around 10%of stock in Prospectiuni Bucuresti (PRSN), the most importantcompany he owns, with the main purpose of making its shares moreattractive to investors by boosting liquidity. Prospectiuni stockis the most traded on RASDAQ market after that of Armax Gaz Medias(ARAX). In the past year, almost 24,000 transactions withProspectiuni stock have been carried out, through which around aquarter of the firm's capital has been transferred. During thisperiod, Prospectiuni stock has brought investors a 283% return."One of the targets set at Prospectiuni is to make its shares asattractive as possible, both for institutional and retailinvestors. To do it, the liquidity criterion is an important one,and I hope the stock will in the future become a little star of theStock Exchange on the basis of some excellent financial results, aswell," stated Ovidiu Tender. Overall, Tender has collected almost16m euros from the sale of over 20% in the company's stock in thepast three years.
