Spanish investment group pays 3.1m euros for Bucharest building

Bucharest-based BCN Logistic, which is controlled by Spanish investors, acquired a housing facility under construction in Bucharest, from Mundi Art Construct, with the value of the transaction standing at 3.1 million euros, according to real estate company EuroMetropola, the broker of the contract. The building, covering five floors, is located close to the Regina Maria Avenue. The building will include 18 flats in total, with construction works scheduled for completion in May next year. Under the transaction, BCN Logistic is to also take over the land that comes with the building. The housing facility includes two types of flats, with surface areas varying from 110 square metres to 306 square metres. The built surface of the facility stands at 2,000 square metres, and the land on which the project is being developed covers 320 square metres. BCN Logistic is involved in constructions and architecture. Mundi Art Construct in Bucharest is a construction company providing consulting, interior design, outdoor design services, and is also involved in renovation work, and the construction of residential and office buildings.
