29.06.2005, 19:40 11

Real estate developer Romconsulting Bucharest is planning to build an industrial park covering an approximate of 25,000 square metres. The investment needed for the park is between 15 and 30 million euros. Romconsulting''s largest investment so far is its 15 million euro residential project due for completion in July of next year. "The budget allocated to the project changes depending on land prices, which change every few days. Romconsulting will be the developer and project manager for the park," said Gabriel Mutu, general manager of Romconsulting. The company is yet to buy the land required for the project. The industrial park will be made up of 5 to 7 large facilities, explained Mutu. "We are also considering foreign investors for the project. We''ve already had talks with a number of foreign companies interested in the high yields on the Bucharest real estate market." ZF
