The investment company Polus Transilvania, managed by businessman Arpad Paszkany - the owner of the CFR Cluj football team, will invest some 110-115 million euros in a Polus retail centre in Constanta. "We are currently waiting for the approval to start building the retail centre, which will be located near the first Metro store opened in Constanta (the northern exit to Tulcea)," Arpad Paszkany, general manager of Polus Transilvania, member of TriGranit - one of the biggest real estate developers in the region, told ZF. The retail centre will cover a surface area of 68,000 square metres, and works will start next spring, according to Paszkany. Polus has already acquired the land needed to develop the commercial project. This is the second big project announced by Polus Transilvania, after the Cluj-based Polus Center. In terms of size, the retail centre in Constanta is the second biggest after the Cluj-based one, which has an area of 82,000 square metres and requires investments worth 140 million euros. In Cluj, works had just started on the retail centre, Paszkany announced. ZF
