25% of the Power Business Center office building in Cluj-Napoca, which was developed by Eximprod Power System company, has been let since the beginning of last month, when the building first became available for rent. The property has an area of 10,150 square metres and is structured along eight storeys. Only the first six storeys will be available for rent, while the remaining spaces will be utilised as conference areas and a restaurant. "We estimate approximately 80% of the building will be rented out by the end of this year. We are already in talks with several companies and our customer target are large companies wishing to contract at least 1,000 square metres," stated Doru Lupeanu, marketing manager with Grup de Lux agency, promoter of Power Business Center project. The rent ranges between 15 and 18 euros/square metre/month. The developer of Power Business Center building, Eximprod Power System, produces electrical materials and equipment. The investment in the building revolves around 13-15 million euros. The company is also developing an office project in Buzau, which involves investments worth approximately 8-10 million euros. Eximprod Power is held by Gheorghe Manole and Vasile Domente and generated turnover worth 35 million euros last year.
