Lekkerland, a German distribution company, has purchased Macromex Convenience, part of Macromex group, under a deal estimated at 6 million euros, according to market information. "Macromex Convenience handled the distribution of products sold in the stores and restaurants of OMV petrol stations, one of our international partners. Moreover, the company also entered the Petrom and MOL petrol stations last year.
