The state will retain control over the main energy generationfacilities and will try to attract foreign and domestic funds forenergy projects worth 40bn euros over the next 25 years, reads adraft of the Energy Strategy 2011-2035, published on the EconomyMinistry website.
At present, the document is under public debate, but the EconomyMinistry officials could not say how long discussions willlast.
The problem is just like in the case of the previous strategy,the current document does not point to any concrete moves toattract investments, does not specify the state's policy as regardsmining field reorganisation, the privatisation or bourse listingspolicy, with the proposed measures being rather general ones.
