The Romanian Government is set to secure, from the state budget funds, part of the money needed for the establishment and operation of trade offices to be opened by drugmaker Sicomed Bucharest in Kishinev and Moscow. According to recent Government decisions published in the Official Gazette, the money needed for the two offices (13,267 euros for Kishinev and 49,674 euros for Moscow) will be 45% secured from budgetary funds. The sums will be spent to register and equip the offices, to obtain work permits, and pay the telephone, fax, Internet, rent, utilities and transport bills. The money will be paid every quarter by the Economy and Trade Ministry, based on the invoices presented by Sicomed. The drugmaker will file a quarterly report to the Economy and Trade Ministry, detailing the export promotion activities carried by its offices in Kishinev and Moscow. ZF
