Crowne Plaza revenues up 43%

Bucharest-based hotel Crowne Plaza logged revenues worth $2.14m in Q1 2004, up 43% from the same time last year, when revenues amounted to $1.5 million. The occupancy rate also went up, to 63.72%, compared to 53.78% in the first three months of 2003. Crowne Plaza is part of Ana Hotels, the hotel division of the Ana Group, owned by Romanian businessman George Copos. The hotel posted revenues worth $8.4m last year, up from the previous year's $7.1m. ZF
