The Swiss human resources group Adecco, estimates it will see a cumulated turnover worth 12.7 million euros this year on the Romanian market through its companies Adecco Romania and Adecco Human Resources. This turnover is 85% higher than last year and the company hopes to achieve it by expansion at a national level and by modifying the business strategy. "We will introduce professional services as of 2006, following the strategy which is currently implemented in the Adecco group. Virtually all the services we provide, temporary employment, selection and recruitment, consultancy services and outsourcing will be restructured into six lines of business," Cristina Radulescu, country manager of Adecco Romania stated on Tuesday. The company''s businesses will be brought together under the Adecco brand in a structure which, in addition to the two already existing business lines (Industrial and Administration) will contain an additional six lines, Engineering and Technical, Finance-Law, Human Resources, IT, Medical and Research, Sales, marketing and events.
