American-held Asset Management System, will allocate 300 million euros to build an 800-villa residential complex in Corbeanca commune, according to a recent statement from real estate company Eurometropola, the project's promoter. The name of the complex will be Casa Nova, and it will be built on an 80-hectare plot. "The construction of the complex, which will be located near Corbeanca forest, will start in March this year. The entire project will entail three stages of development, with the total investment being estimated at 300 million euros, but the sum could increase. The built surface area of the complex will be 220,000 square metres," specified the company's representatives. The complex will entail over 40 different types of villa, with areas that range from 150 to 450 square metres, on 500, 700, 900, and 1,200 square-metre plots. The project also entails recreational space, such as green areas, playground areas and swimming pools. In addition, the complex will include a private hospital, a school, a sports club, tennis courts, a golf course, and a commercial area. The price of a home is 1,200 euros per square metre. The project's developer, Asset Management System, is registered in Romania but uses American capital.
