25 million euro residential project in Corbeanca

Marr Capital company will invest 25 million euros to develop Corbeanca Forest residential complex on a 7.5 hectare area in Corbeanca, 20 km away from Bucharest, announced the Eurisko real estate company, the exclusive broker of the project.

"We have received all the necessary permits and consents and so we''ll start local infrastructure work in March, with the construction of villas to begin by May.

"The entire complex will be delivered onto the market in two years, with the first villa to be ready this September.

"The plots of land put up for sale range between 500 and 700 square metres, with built surface areas to reach 220 square metres for individual villas and 294 square metres for twin homes," stated Ala Buceatchi, Marr Capital general manager.

Marr Capital acquired the land from its own resources, according to the company''s representatives and is negotiating banking loans to build and fit out the 100 individual or twin villas.

Opal Consulting will build Corbeanca Forest, while the CenterPoint architecture firm will create the plans.

"The complex will be developed in three stages. In the first phase, 20 units will be available on the market, with construction to follow depending on reservations made during or after the first lot of villas is sold," stated Ionut Bordei, manager with Eurisko''s residential sales. ioana.david@zf.ro
