Creativ Invest Grup will erect two office buildings in northern Bucharest, by the Pipera-Tunari road, with the investment value put at some 21 million euros. "The North Gate Business Center complex comprises two buildings whose total built surface area is of approximately 32,000 square metres and the usable surface area is of some 20,000 square metres," specified Marius Ivan, the administrator of Creativ Invest Grup. Works began in September and will be completed in the autumn of next year. The project is developed a 12,000 square metre plot of land. The first building will be structured on 5 levels, with ground and underground levels and will come with a usable surface area of 15,500 square metres. The second building, whose surface area stands at 4,400 square metres will be structured over four levels, with underground and ground levels. "This is a Creativ Invest Grup investment and is self-funded," said Ivan. ZF
