Real estate service provider Regatta on Tuesday announced the construction of a logistical park in Buftea, near Bucharest, with the ten million-euro investment to be completed in the spring of next year. Contacted by MEDIAFAX, Regatta representatives declined to specify the name of the developer. Upon completion, Buftea Distribution Park will have an area of some 30,000 square metres available for renting, which will be divided into eight modules, each made up of office space, as well as warehousing and production space. Construction works for the project have recently started, and the first two modules will be available in August. The completion of the park is scheduled for the spring of next year.
