The founders of the Romanian video sharing site Trilulilu.ro have sold a 10% stake in Trilulilu SRL for 100,000 euros, after having invested 30,000 euros in setting up the site at the start of the year. The buyer is Alexis Bonte, a French entrepreneur, who has experience in various online projects. "We believe Alexis' addition to our team is beneficial to Trilulilu. His experience will be an advantage. Trilulilu is a small company, and the know-how that Alexis brings is very important for our future development," Sergiu Biris, the company's general manager, told ZF. The transaction, which was brokered by management, marketing and legal consulting firm Birlea, Colceriu and Partners, takes the value of Trilulilu to one million euros. Trilulilu.ro, the first local video sharing project, was founded by five Cluj-based young entrepreneurs - Sergiu Biris, Andrei Dunca, Vlad Gorgan, Bogdan Colceriu and Dragos Birlea.
