March has been among the best months on the office space market of the past two years. Three of the biggest projects completed during the crisis period in Bucharest reached a 90% occupancy rate, in the wake of deals inked in recent months.

Five companies of different fields, banks, energy, consulting services, IT and lawyers, have announced this month they rented office spaces with an area of almost 14,000 square metres, namely almost 1% of Bucharest stock, put at 1.5-2 million square metres.

The companies have chosen office buildings along the central axis of Bucharest, Piaţa Romană-Piaţa Presei Libere, as well as in Barbu Văcărescu Street, as the buildings erected in this area have easy access to the underground, as well as to two airports of northern Bucharest.

Three of the most important projects completed over the past two years in Bucharest, in the wake of investments worth above 200m euros, City Gate, Euro Tower and Nusco Tower, have hit an over 90% occupancy rate in the wake of contracts signed this month.
