Over 150 deputies live in the four-star apartments of Centre Ville

Ali Yilmaz Yildirimlar, general manager of Radisson Blu five-star hotel of Calea Victoriei (424 rooms), who also took over the management of the 294-room Centre Ville hotel complex, maintains the two accommodation units' turnovers will reach 25m euros this year, up 6.3% from 2009.


Centre Ville complex operates four and five-star rooms and is controlled by Bucureşti Turism company, just like Radisson Blu.
Centre Ville has been recently affiliated to Rezidor hotel chain and will take over the Radisson Blu brand, according to the company's officials. In the wake of affiliation, Rezidor international hotel chain will come to operate 718 rooms in Bucharest.
"In the first three quarters of the year, the total revenues of the five-star hotel, as well as of Centre Ville complex, reached 18.5m euros, with the average occupancy rate standing at 70%," specified Ali Yilmaz Yildirimlar.
More than half of Centre Ville's rooms, namely 159 four-star rooms, are inhabited by deputies. Asked by ZF about the price per month of a four-star room in Centre Ville, Ali Yilmaz Yildirimlar stated it started from 2,200 euros and reached 4,000 euros depending on the size of the room and included services.
