Răzvan Paşol and Intercapital Invest brokerage he runs have managed to do this year what major banks on the Stock Exchange have not, namely handle the only floatation of a new company (BSE) and carry out the only IPOs of the past two years, those of OTP WiseO, OTP Green Energy and iFond Financial.
Intercapital is getting ready to launch the second public offering of 2010 this week, planning proposing stock market investors to take part in the setting up of a new investment fund, iFond Gold, with investments with exposure to gold or stock of companies in the field.
Investors will be able to subscribe in iFond Gold starting Tuesday, November 9, when the public offering is launched. At the same date, Intercapital management is set to provide further details on the offering.
At the previous offering, the one carried out for the setting up of iFond Financial that invests around half of money in FP stock, the brokerage raised 8m RON (1.9m euros), over four times the targeted level.
