Ali Capa, chief investment officer of real estate developer Anchor Grup, will leave the company that owns the first two malls in Bucharest, Bucuresti Mall and Plaza Romania, as well as step down from his position as general manager of supermarket chain G'Market, controlled by the same company.

The move comes only three months after Tunc Capa, the company's president and founder, and father of Ali Capa, announced his exit from the Anchor Grup business, by relinquishing his stake in exchange for several plots of land and apartments, and just one month after Ibrahim Paksoy, the company's CEO, left the company.

"I will indeed leave Anchor Grup after working in the company for five years. I made this decision in order to focus more closely on the family business and to start a series of projects of my own. I will continue my relationship with Anchor Grup as a consultant over the next few months," Ali Capa told ZF.

Each of the three managers that left Anchor Grup had at least five years' experience within the company. The management team also includes Radu Tanasescu, operational manager, and Irina Irimie, leasing manager within Anchor. They could not be contacted by the time this issue was ready for print.
