ZF Agresiv up 11% in three months

The ZF Agresiv (aggressive) portfolio calculated by Ziarul
Financiar continued to perform better than the market average over
the last three months, recording an 11% rise, compared with a 9.5%
increase of the BET index (which measures the ten most liquid
shares on the Bucharest Stock Exchange), which is similar to that
of the ZF Moderat (moderate) portfolio. The Conservator
(conservative) low risk portfolio rose by 6.5%. The portfolios were
created last year by ZF to simulate three different stock
investment strategies, and starting yesterday, the three portfolios
have a new makeup. The Conservator portfolio now also includes
shares of Bermas Suceava (BRM), Farmaceutica Remedia (RMAH),
companies that operate in sectors less sensitive to economic
fluctuations, alongside investment fund OTP WiseRO (WRO).
Shares of
Transelectrica (TEL) were transferred from the Conservator to the
Moderate portfolio due to the high indebtedness level and to the
significant fluctuations in financial results. The Agresiv
portfolio now includes shares of Imotrust Arad (ARCV) which last
year only made up for a small share of the 98% decline recorded in
2008.
