Wrong business model at Dinamo

Periodic management and technical team changes, as well as the ambiguous statements or loss-making transfers are turning the Romanian first league into one of the European championships with the biggest losses against collected revenues. One example is Dinamo, which, besides having accumulated debts to the state worth 12m RON, is also going through a period when it is reshuffling its organisational scheme. "This is a purely Romanian management style (...). The lack of business culture can be seen in this management. In normal people's world, problems start and end with the CEO (...)," says Iulian Padurariu, managing partner with Trout&Partners consultancy.
