Investments boost Depaco turnover

Metal tiles producer Depaco, based in Prahova county and controlled by businessman Dragos Irimescu, forecasts 9 million-euro turnover for next year, up 80% against the value budgeted for this year, after completion of a 2.6 million-euro investment in production. Depaco became a tile producer this year, following investments worth 600,000 euros, and will invest around 2 million euros this year in boosting production. "For the time being, Depaco is still a regional player, covering the south and the east of the country, but we won't stop here. After the initial investment, we will allocate another 2 million euros over the next two years, which will go into a new production facility, into equipment, and into developing the sales network," said Dragos Irimescu, majority shareholder of Depaco.
