Merger between two companies with total assets worth 50m euros

Millennium Estate and European Property Millennium Company, which are operating on the real estate market, merged at the beginning of this month, with the former absorbing the latter, according to the companies' report in the Official Gazette. Millennium Estate's total assets were put at 93.55 million RON at the end of March, while the assets of European Property Millennium Company were estimated at 62.35 million RON. The two companies are part of European Property Millennium Company (ECPC) Group, a company registered in Cyprus.
