Coldwell Banker Romania seals partnership with Americans at ONCOR

The Romanian branch of the real estate consulting company Coldwell Banker has become an exclusive Romanian partner for ONCOR International, which specialises in the commercial segment of the real estate market, announced the company. ONCOR is present on 220 markets on six continents and has an annual turnover of around 670 million dollars. "Our affiliation with ONCOR will helps us gain access to international know-how of companies on already mature markets," said Valentin Ilie, CEO of Coldwell Banker Commercial Romania. Among ONCOR's clients are companies such as ABN Amro, British Airways, Citibank, Coca-Cola, McDonald's, Nestle, Nokia and Warner Bros. ONCOR was set up in 1977 and has 4,458 employees in 172 international offices.
